Storyline: The family of Clyde Shelton was brutally murdered. Those responsible are caught. But because of improper procedure, the district attorney Nick Rice only circumstantial. So he decides to get one of them to testify against the other. When Shelton learns of this, he is not happy. Ten years later, the convict is executed, but something goes wrong, its execution goes awry and he suffers. They learn that someone tampered with the machine. And the other is dead, killed in horrific ways. Rice suspected Shelton, so he picked him up. First, go to Shelton to a plea bargain with the rice, but changes his mind. It seems that Shelton is not done, it seems that he blames the entire system and declare war on the move after all the people involved with the case of his family. So Rice has to stop him, but Shelton is ahead of him.
